  3. Intellectual Property:

    • Push & Pull Media retains full ownership of all original content and designs until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, ownership rights for the deliverables transfer to the client.

  4. Payment Terms:

    • Payments are due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

  5. Cancellation Policy:

    • Either party may cancel services by providing a 30-day written notice. If services are canceled, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly and due upon termination.

    • Refunds are not offered for any services, unless otherwise agreed upon due to extenuating circumstances. These circumstances will be determined solely by Push & Pull Media.
